Flower Tag

hi everyone, here is a Christmas tag using my new stamps.. though these flowers could be used on a tag at any time of the year. 

I began by stamping the stars from EDY15 using white paint on a large tag. once dry I spritzed the tag with water and then added Mermaid. This was quickly wiped off and shaded with Beach Hut. I mixed Grunge paste with a little green Brusho and some Green Olives then added this to the edges of the tag.

I stamped and painted the flowers onto smoothy card. 

I cut out the flowers and snipped away the leaves, I also snipped between the petals. This made them easy to curl over. 

I stamped the buttons separately and added Treasure Gold to them along with some jute twine. 

I added a button to the centre of each flower and also added liquid pearls to each petal. 

I painted some smoothy  with Hey Pesto and stamped the holly leaves from EDY04

I stamped the text tree onto tissue paper and added that to the tag then glued on the flowers and leaves. I finished by adding Treasure Gold to the Grunge paste edges.
