ICAD Catchup.

I have made the decision to only do the June part of ICAD, this is based purely on a time factor.

So here are 15 to 21

Day 15. On this day my son went off to work in Wales for 2 weeks.

Day 16. Today was the 15th birthday of a statue here in the North East called the Angel of the North

Day. 17. Today I am stitching on paper. 

Day 18. Today is my son's 25th birthday. 

Day 19. Playing with a new glue gun. 

Day 20. Today I am building a giraffe, and wondering what colour to paint him.

Day 21. Today I posted mail overseas. 

ICAD Catchup

Here are my ICAD card from Day 8 to Day 14.


Day 8. This was a glorious sunny day and i had made cakes to share with family.

Day 9. This was a long day of driving back home across the country. 

Day 10. This day was spent relaxing and reading. 

Day 11. On this day I was making baby related things with an alphabet theme. 

Day 12. A ladybird kind of day. Also I found my fave cider at a bargain price, so 2 of the ladybirds are done on the cider receipt.

Day 13. Here comes the rain, just as I am off to see a friend. 

Day 14. Busy,busy day, only time for a little doodling.

ICAD Day 7

This is my last daily ICAD post, after today I shall blog the cards weekly. It just makes sense to have a round up at the end of each week.

So today I had to make a list of things to take on a road trip, one of the things I needed to get was sweeties/candies. The hard boiled kind, that last forever and help while away the hours in a car.

ICAD Day 6

Day 6 saw me off to town. I have lots of cupcakes to make this weekend and I needed baking supplies. One of those supplies happened to be carrots.

ICAD DAY 5

I had a very sleepy day yesterday and napped lots... hence the card.

I then drew a sleepy person in bed. I left it black and white and just added stenciling to the blanket.

ICAD Day 4

ooo Day 4, I am on a roll. Though to be honest I struggled with this one.

Yesterday i went out for afternoon tea and cakes with a friend, we sat in a cafe by the river and watched the swans going by.

I  then added GRUNGE PASTE

I allowed it to dry a little then I stamped into it. Once the stamped impressions were dry I added more paint and TREASURE GOLD. finally I took a damp baby wipe and wiped back to reveal some of the white paste.

ICAD Day 3

Wow, 3 days on the run. I am sure it won't last lol

Today is lamb for dinner, so with that in mind i made this card.

I then wrote out a roast lamb recipe..

I then drew a lamb, marked on the various cuts of meat  with a BLACK PROMARKER. I cut it out and glued it to the card.

ICAD Day 1

I decided to join in with the ICAD challenge, I can't guarantee that I can keep up every day, but I shall do as many as I can with no pressure.
