My cousin recently had a baby girl, this is the card and tag I sent to her.

Firstly I coloured a piece of white cardstock(slightly smaller than the card blank i was using) and also a white tag using neocolour water soluble pastels.

I started with pink and built up a few layers of colour.

You just scribble on the colour then wet it with a paintbrush.

I then added some white acrylic, and more layers of colour, blending in some purples. Next i stamped some small images with stazon all over the card and the tag, and added more acrylic and water soluble colours.

To finish off the background, i added torn strips of hand painted papers, and some spotty ribbons.

Next I stamped images of a teddy bear and a rocking horse onto white cardstock and coloured them slightly with promarkers. I cut out the images, backed them onto coloured paper and cut out again leaving a small border of colour. I glued the images to the card and tag, and lastly added some 'baby' text to each.

The decorated cardstock was then attached to the front of a 6x6 card blank, and i attached a second tag to the back of the decorated one to add stability. I also added a little bakers twine.
